Since 1985 Caroline designes hats for a lot of well-known people, recently (2010) she made a hat for the Hollywoodstars Goldie Hawn en Kurt Russell and makes hats for Prinsjesdag (nl). She performed in television programmes like: Blauw Bloed (nl), in Royalty (be) and 'Hallo Deutschland' (25 years Beatrix) (zdf), she was 'at table' with Frits Spits (nl), was gast in Koffie Tijd (nl), was mentioned in the historical royal fashion book ‘Ontwerpers van Oranje’ (nl) and a lot more.

Caroline de Roy van Zuydewijn designed the hat of princess Irene for the wedding of prince Willem-Alexander and princess Maxima from Holland in 2002 and in 2003 she designed many hats for the wedding of prince Laurent and princess Claire from Belgium.

Every year she designs hats for Prinsjesdag in Holland and also she gives her comments in the media.
